Havening is creating a safe Haven for yourself. You probably have or do self soothe, without you even noticing that you’re doing it. You are no doubt more aware that you have self sabotaged at some point. Practicing Havening has the exact opposite effect of self sabotage on our mental health. Let me teach you how to use Havening to improve your well being.

Havening is a new found therapy of self soothing 

This can include many forms of distraction such as but not limited to touching, eye movements, reassuring words and other soothing sensory inputs that help to reduce anxiety and stress. 
 
Most people are aware and indeed learn from a very early age that touch soothes us. 
Whether that is cradling a baby in your arms or rubbing your own knee if you bump it.

Havening is creating a safe haven for you.
This course will help you create that safe space.
