My Heart and Soul Forgiveness Live Zoom Workshop took place just after the New Moon at the end of May and was all about love, forgiveness and journeying deeper into our hearts and souls, for a strong connection and release.
It included crystals for the heart, breath work & movement for deep release around the Heart Chakra. We journeyed deep within the heart and soul, connecting with our higher selves and our angelic guides.
With a beautiful Guided Meditation, a Crystal Sound Bath and journaling prompts.
