You do not need any prior experience or knowledge of meditation but you will need the following:

  • Pen and paper or a notebook if you wish to journal your thoughts and ideas 

  • A quiet space

  • An open mind

  • Time for yourself for peace and reflection

It would also be beneficial (but not essential) to have the following in addition:

  • Crystals that will help to raise your vibration and assist you on your meditation journey

  • A candle to light and provide healing scents

  • Smudging stick or Sage Leaves (and a safe container to burn them in)

This course is 8 days of learning where you will be able to take yourself on a meditation guided journey with me everyday for over a week.
